Vendors publish feature lists. Almost none publish prices. That is the gap this directory exists to close.

| Rating | $6,000 to $40,000 | Number of carriers and lines of business |
| CRM | $3,000 to $25,000 | Seats and marketing automation depth |
| E-signature | $1,200 to $12,000 | Envelope volume |
| Document management | $4,000 to $30,000 | Storage volume and integration requirements |
| Claims | $10,000 to $60,000 | Claim volume and whether you need adjusting workflow |
The licence fee is rarely the whole cost.
Implementation is the line item most often left out of a comparison. A platform with a lower licence fee and a six-month implementation can cost more in year one than a higher-priced system that goes live in a month.
Data migration is the second. Moving ten years of policy history out of a legacy AMS is a project with its own cost, and some vendors quote it separately once you are already committed.
The third is the cost of the workflow change itself. Any system that alters how producers work has a productivity dip attached, and it is worth planning for rather than being surprised by.
Only if the workflow pain is real and ongoing. A migration is expensive and disruptive, and a system that works is worth a lot.
Realistically three to nine months for a mid-size agency, including data migration and parallel running.
A three-year total cost, a reference customer of similar size, and a written implementation timeline with milestones.
